Learned Counsel for appellant bank, Sh. Maneesh Mehrotra, has filed Urgency Application (I.A. No. 790/2023) on the grounds that the appellant bank, respondent No. 1 to 3 (borrowers) and the respondent No. 4 (auction purchaser) have entered into a settlement and as per the settlement, the respondent No. 1, 2 and 3 have agreed to forgo their rights over the property and further agreed to deposit Rs. 90.00 Lacs.
The next date already fixed in this case is 05.12.2023.
In view of the submission made out in the urgency application, let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court on 16.10.2023 for further orders.
