No pre-deposit of 25% of the amount has been made by the appellant. Ld. Counsel for the appellant has again moved an Application seeking adjournment for filing Demand Draft towards 25% of pre-deposit for maintaining the Appeal.
The Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 15.06.2023 has requested this DRAT to accord consideration to the application within a period of one week. The defects in the appeal has not yet been removed by the appellant and he is seeking time for deposit of predeposit for maintaining the Appeal.
On the request of the counsel the case may be placed on 28.06.2023 before under signed for filing 25% of the pre-deposit for maintainability of the Appeal so that the matter may be placed before the Hon’ble Court at earliest, in view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Court.
