Shri Vinod Kumar Pandey, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present. Today again learned counsel for the appellant has moved adjournment application seeking further time to deposit 25% amount towards pre-deposit.

Learned Counsel has further prayed that the case may be placed before the Hon’ble Court and he will file 25% of the amount towards pre-deposit before the Hon’ble Court on the date fixed.

Since, the Hon’ble High Court at Allahabad has passed an order for condition of the interim relief within a week, the case could not be placed before the Hon’ble Court, despite giving several opportunities to the appellant the conditions of pre-deposit is not being made out by him for maintainability of the appeal,

In view of the submission made by the appellant and the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court Allahabad for consideration of interim application by this Tribunal within one week, let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court on 10.07.2023 for further orders.
