The office report dated 17.04.2023 shows that the court fee of Rs. 62,300/- is required to be deposited. Let the same be deposited by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed as the appeal is of year 2019.
The appellant in person states that due to financial crisis, he is unable to continue Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, who was earlier counsel on his behalf. It is, therefore, prayed that his name may not be shown in the cause list to avoid any confusion and his name may be deleted in the cause list so that all the documents relating to this case may be given to him directly.
