Shri V. K. Shukla, Advocate appears and submits that Shri V. D. Chauhan, learned counsel for the appellants, as he was then, has been elevated as Judge of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court and the appellant no. 2 has died, therefore, he seeks two weeks’ time to file substitution application along with vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants.
Time as prayed for is granted to Shri Shukla to file vakalatnama and substitution application on behalf of the appellants.
