The record shows that the I.A. No. 224/2022 is urgency application, I.A. No. 225/2022 is waiver application, the I.A. No. 226/2022 is stay application and I.A. No. 227/2022 is exemption application, which were filed by the appellant at the time of filing of the present appeal.
The order of the Registrar dated 22.07.2022 shows that the amount of Rs. 28.00 lacs has been deposited by the learned counsel for the appellant towards pre-deposit, which may be kept in the form of FDR in nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
Issue notices to the respondents on waiver and stay applications by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
