The present application has been filed by the appellant stating that the appellant had deposited Rs. 28 lakh towards pre-deposit in the Appeal Dy. No. 416/2022. The main Appeal Dy. No. 416/2022 has now been dismissed in limine vide order dated 09.09.2022 by this Appellate Tribunal.
As per record the said amount was deposited with the Canara Bank Civil Lines Allahabad in the form of FDR vide letter dated 03.08.2022 and the said FDR is lying in the safe custody of this Appellate Tribunal. Further no order has been received from any court of law by which the said amount has been attached.
List this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 15.11.2022 for admission/order.
