Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 states that copy of the memo has not been served. Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to serve the same within a week upon the counsel for the said respondents.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the publication of notice with regard to the respondent no. 3 has been made, but the proof of publication alongwith affidavit could not be filed due to some unavoidable circumstances, therefore, he seeks further time to file the same. Let the affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
