The present appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against the final order dated 09.09.2022 passed by the DRT, Allahabad in O.A. No. 85/2018.

The report of the Registrar dated 03.11.2022 shows that the I.A. No. 446/2022 being waiver application and as per judgment in O.A., the dues against the appellant was Rs. 28,82,026/- plus interest and the appellant has submitted a demand draft no. 009900 dated 28.10.2022 for Rs. 7,25,000/- towards pre-deposit, which may be kept in the form of FDR in the Nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.

Let the notices be issued to the respondents on waiver by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
