THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. 153 of 2022 has been filed by the appellant u/s 5 of the Limitation Act. seeking condonation of delay in filing the M.A. which has been filed for restoration of appeal dismissed on 28.04.2022.
Heard learned counsel for the parties. Grounds explained in the I.A. for condonation of delay of 49 days is sufficient to condone the delay. I.A. is allowed. Delay is condoned.
