Received this Miscellaneous application by hand, which is filed by Ld. Advocate, Mr. Ranjan Kumar Rout on behalf of appellant praying for restoration of Appeal no.14 of 2022 after recalling of order dt.28.04.2022 passed by The Hon’ble Chairperson in Appeal no.14 of 2022.
