Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal has been filed against the order, which has been passed in M.A. 79/2019 arising out of S.A. No. 326/2012, therefore, no pre-deposit is required.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank contends that the order passed in S.A. has merged with the order, which has been passed in M.A., therefore, pre-deposit is required to be made for entertaining the appeal and seeks time to file response by the next date. Let the respondents file response by the next date.
