With regard to pre-deposit, learned counsel for the appellant contends that the S.A. has been decided in his favour and misc. application was filed for implementation of the order passed in S.A., but the same was rejected by the Tribunal below vide order impugned, against which the present appeal has been filed, therefore, no pre-deposit is required to be made for entertaining the present appeal.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank further seeks time to file reply. Let the same be filed by the next date.
