Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that copy of memo has not been given to him.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he will serve the copy of memo upon the counsel for the respondent no. 3 during course of the day.

Earlier, when the matter was taken up on 02.08.2022, the learned counsel for the appellants had argued that there is urgency in the matter, as the possession of the residential house is likely to be taken pursuant to the order of the Nayab Tehsildar concerned and the appellants were directed to serve the notice upon the respondents and the matter was fixed today.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank contends that the possession was to be taken by 27.07.2022, which has not yet been taken as per direction of the DRT concerned. He further contends that the possession will be taken after giving notice to the appellants. He also contends that whenever possession of the property is taken, the notice will duly be served upon the appellants as per law.

In view of the above, there is no good ground for keeping the appeal pending, therefore, the present appeal stands disposed off with direction to the DRT concerned to consider and decide the S.A. No. 354/2022 most expeditiously in accordance with
