No pre-deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. In the application it has been stated that against dues of Rs. 31.32 lacs the Bank had already sold property for an amount of Rs. 72.10 lacs. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal is filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 22.06.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 354 of 2022. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 149/2022), Urgency Application (I.A. No. 148/2022) have been filed along with Appeal.
