Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
Issue notices to the respondents on the waiver and delay condonation applications by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellants within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellants has already deposited a demand draft no. 585418 dated 11.07.2022 for Rs. 24,21,465/- towards pre-deposit, which may be kept in the form of FDR in nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
