Perusal of the earlier order dated 17.10.2022 of this Tribunal shows that respondents have been noticed and they were granted time to file reply, but office report dated 24.01.2023 shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of the said respondents. Let the respondents put in appearance and file reply by the next date, failing which appropriate order shall be passed.
