THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard Sri Rudra Bhattacharya, the Appellant, appearing in person.
The Appellant, in person, has moved an application for passing appropriate orders in compliance of the orders passed by the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court in CPAN 196 of 2022 in WPA 21278 of 2021 …. Sri A.K. Chaturvedi, DRT-3, Kolkata. At page No. 2 of the order it was observed by the Hon’ble High Court that “This court is therefore satisfied that the order dated 1st April, 2022 has not been complied with.”
A query is raised regarding the order dated 1st April, 2022, the Appellant in person could not produce the order and sought for time to produce the same.
