The Appellant was heard at length. During the course of hearing, a query was raised as to whether he intends to move any application stating the facts as are being submitted by him. Appellant moved an application seeking time to move appropriate application.

I have gone through the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta on 20^th May, 2022 wherein a copy of the order was transmitted to take all or any other steps for non-compliance of the order dated 1^st April, 2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta as well as the order of DRAT dated 12^th December, 2019.
