The instant application is for deletion of Respondents No. 1 and 2 from the array of the parties and implead the Assignee, Reliance Asset Reconstruction, as Respondent No. 1. The load was assigned to the Assignee. No objection is filed.
The application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within three days; thereafter notice be issued to the amended Respondent No. 1 and file affidavit-of-service to that effect within three weeks.
I.A. 241 of 2021 stands disposed of.
