THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Record shows even on earlier two occasions, i.e. on 21st March, 2022 and 31st March, 2022, matter was adjourned on personal ground of the Learned Counsel. Today, again request is made for adjournment on personal ground of the Learned Counsel, Mr. Biyendra Mitra, which shows Respondents are intentionally lingering the case.
Written notes of arguments have been filed by both the parties.
However, as prayed for, an opportunity is provided to the Respondents to place the arguments on 2nd May, 2022. On this, Learned Counsel for Respondents Mr. Meghnad Dutta, representing Mr. Biyendra Mitra, requested to fix the matter on 4th of May, 2022.
It is made clear that if on the 4th of May, 2022, Learned Counsel fails to place his arguments, the matter shall be reserved for judgment.
