Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel Shri V. R. Dwivedi could not come on account of some personal reason, therefore, he prays for adjournment.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has serious objection to the adjournment sought by the learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that the matter is being adjourned repeatedly on behalf of the appellant.
