THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant prays for leave to correct the name of appellant at page no.2 wherein it is written IDBI Bank Limited instead of State Bank of India. Necessary correction is incorporated.
I.A. 145 of 2022 is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that delay is for 31 days due to reason explained in the application. Respondents oppose the prayer. Reason explained in the I.A. is sufficient. I.A. 145 of 2022 is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered as regular appeal.
Learned counsel for respondent submits that he will file Vakalatnama for respondent no. 2 to 4 before the next date of listing. Objection be filed within four weeks with advance copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder thereafter in two weeks.
List on 10.11.2022 for hearing the appeal.
