Received an application under section 20 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act,1993 presented by Ld. Advocate, Ms. Smruti Rekha Mishra.

The application has been filed on behalf of State Bank Of India against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-2, Kolkata order dated 11-04-2022 in IA/70/2022 arising out of OA/1201/2013. Application fees of Rs.30255/- vide T.R. no.115736 dt.15-062022 has been paid along with the application.
