THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
This is an appeal of 2018 against the interim order passed by the DRT-1, Hyderabad. It appears that due to pendency of this Appeal, Learned DRT is not proceeding further in the O.A. On the last date, Sri Abhishek Mawle who appeared for his mother and brother in two connected appeals, submitted that he will engage some lawyer by the next date of hearing. But today again he is appearing for the Appellant alone without engaging any lawyer in the matter of Appeal No. 201 of 2018 and Appeal No. 196 of 2018. No authority is filed by Sri Abhishek Mawle to represent his mother or brother. Although the Appeal should be dismissed on this ground itself but, in the interest of justice, the matter be listed on 26th August, 2022 with a specific direction that no further adjournment shall be granted either to appear in person to argue the matter or they should be represented
through some Counsel. In case arguments are not made, Appeal shall
be decided on merits.
