THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Record shows that an order was passed on the 12th of July, 2018 directing the Appellant to implead the then Allahabad Bank, now Indian Bank, as Respondent No. 3. The said order has not been complied with by the Appellant.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks a week’s time for compliance.
As per the order dated 12th July, 2018, Learned Counsel for Auction Purchaser/Respondent No. 3 had submitted that copy of Memo of Appeal has already been

received by the Auction Purchaser; hence copy need not be served upon Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3/Auction Purchaser.
Respondent No. 3 shall be at liberty to file affidavit, if any, by the next date of hearing; advance copy whereof be served upon the Learned Counsel for Respondents No. 1 and 2 and the Appellant.
List the matter on 17th May, 2022 for hearing.
