I.A. No. 21 of 2022 Application for amendment in the nomenclature of the Respondent No. 3, Allahabad Bank merged with Indian Bank. Amendment is formal in nature. Accordingly I. A. No. 21 of 2022 is allowed. Amendment be carried out during the course of the day.
I.A. No. 142 of 2022 application for amendment in the nomenclature of array of parties as Allahabad Bank merged with Indian Bank. Amendment is formal in nature. Accordingly I.A. No. 142 of 2022 is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a week.
I.A. No. 113 of 2022 is filed by the Applicant for impleading the auction purchaser Sri Arun Das and Sri Subhas Chandra Das as Respondent in the Appeal. They were party before the Ld. DRT. Mr. J. BasuRoy has put his appearance for the purchasers. Purchasers have also filed an analogous file being Appeal No. 220 of 2017. Ld. Counsel Mr. J. Basu Roy may file vakalatnama for the proposed Respondent No. 2 within two weeks along with opposition to appeal if any, with copy to the Appellants who may file the rejoinder within two
weeks thereafter. Copy be also provided to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
