No steps have been taken for service upon the respondent no. 2. Let the appellant comply with the earlier order dated 07.10.2021 by the next date and take steps for service of notice within a week upon the respondent no. 2 by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and Speed Post and also file rejoinder to the reply of the respondent-bank, if so desired.
