Pursuant to the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 02.03.2022, the notices, which were sent to the respondent no. 1, have returned back with an endorsement “refused” and the notices sent to the respondents no. 2, 3, 4 & 6 have returned back with endorsement “left”. With regard to the notices sent to the respondent nos. 5, 7, 8 & 9, neither A.D. Card nor envelopes have returned back. No affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant. Let the appellant file affidavit of service along with tracking report to authenticate the service upon the respondents no. 5, 7, 8 & 9.

Let the fresh steps be also taken by the counsel for the appellant within 10 days with regard to the service of notice upon the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
