Learned Counsel for Respondents 3(a) to 3(d) prays for time to file opposition. Record shows that on 2nd September, 2022 specific order was passed directing Respondents No, 3(a) to 3(d) to file opposition within two weeks. It was also ordered that no further time shall be granted and if opposition is not filed, matter shall be heard and disposed of on merits.
Learned Counsel prays for adjournment on the ground that substituted Respondents, being aged and kids, could not contact him. Whatever may the conduct but there is an order which is not complied. However, last opportunity is

granted to Respondents 3(a) to 3(d) to file opposition within a week only and no further time shall be granted on any ground whatsoever it may be.
Opposition be filed with advance copy to the Appellant. Rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date of listing. List on 4th November, 2022 for hearing of the appeal.
