Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that Respondents are enjoying an interim order and the matter may be heard expeditiously.
On 12th September, 2022, direction was issued to the Respondent to file opposition within four weeks against the stay application as well as the appeal. But no opposition is filed.
Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that he will file opposition and prays for some time.
