THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. No. 325 of 2022 is a put up application filed by the appellant along with an order of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta passed in CO No. 2003 of 2021 in CAN No. 02 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 wherein Hon’ble High Court has dismissed the revisional petition as withdrawn, consequently CAN 02 of 2022 was also disposed of. Learned counsel for the appellant prays for an early date of hearing the stay application as well as appeal, which was already fixed for hearing on 22.11.2022. No early date is possible. However, respondents are directed to file opposition against the stay application as well as appeal within four weeks with advance copy to the appellant who may file rejoinder within two weeks thereafter.
