THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
In course of hearing it transpires that the Appellant is placing reliance upon an order of the Learned DRAT, Mumbai dated 26th August, 2015 wherein appeal preferred by the Bank is withdrawn but the same is not on record.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant prays for and is granted two weeks time to file the same along with rejoinder, if any, against the opposition filed by the Bank today.
