Present: Shri S. K. Gupta, counsel for the appellants, Shri Kushal Kant, counsel for the respondent-Auction Purchaser,
Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, Advocate has been shown as counsel for the Bank, but he states that he is not counsel for the Bank. However, Shri Avinash Jaiswal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank, whose name has not been shown in the cause list and he is not ready with file, hence the matter be adjourned.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to file any rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondents and he is ready to argue the matter.
Learned counsels for the parties pray for time to file their written submissions. Let the same be filed by the next date, on which date the matter will be heard.
List this case on 12.07.2022 for hearing. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
