The office report dated 23.05.2022 shows that as per order dated 04.04.2016 passed by this Tribunal, the appellant has not arrayed the ARCIL as respondent no. 2 and no amended cause title has been filed. Let the order dated 04.04.2016 of this Tribunal be complied with by the appellant by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the maximum amount has been deposited with the State Bank of India, which was to be transferred to the ARCIL, but it is not known that it has been transferred to the ARCIL or not. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that he shall verify the same from the Bank.
