Present: Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the appellants, Shri Kushal Kant, counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2-Bank,
Vide earlier order of this court, time was granted to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank for filing reply to the impleadment application filed by the appellant, but no reply has been filed by the Bank till date.
For the reason stated in the impleadment application being I.A. No. 180/2021 filed by the appellant, the same is allowed. Let the necessary amendment be carried out in the array of the parties within a week. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the appellant shall take steps within a week for service of notice upon the newly added respondent by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
