Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the reply was to be filed, but the same has not been filed. However, the same shall be filed today after serving a copy of the same upon the counsel for the appellants. Let the same be filed and served upon the counsel for the appellant today, who may file rejoinder by the next date.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the property has been sold by the respondent no. 3, therefore, an impleadment application has been filed for impleading the subsequent purchaser, copy of which has not been served upon the counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel undertakes to serve the copy of the impleadment application upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day.
