The office report dated 21.07.2022 shows that the reply of the respondent nos. 1 to 6 has already been filed. Since notice sent to the respondent no. 11 has returned back with endorsement “insufficient address”, therefore, the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 11 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken within a week. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant may file rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondent nos. 1 to 6.
