Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to file rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondent nos. 1 to 6. Steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 11 through publication were taken and poof of publication has been filed. Let the said respondent put in appearance and file reply by the next date, failing which no further opportunity shall be given, as the appeal is of year 2014.
A mention has been made on behalf of the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 6 that the arguing counsel Shri B. K. Kesharwani is indisposed, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal today, hence he prays for adjournment.
