THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

The instant application has been filed by Appellant seeking amendment of Memorandum of Appeal to the extent that Respondent, United Bank of India, has since been merged with Punjab National Bank; hence, necessary amendment to this effect be made and by substituting Punjab National Bank in place and stead of United Bank of India.

as amendment is formal in nature. Amendment be carried by Appellant within week.

It appears that Respondent No. 2 has not been served. Appellant to take appropriate steps for service upon Respondent No. 2 and file affidavit-of-service on the next date.
