THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that as far as the liability of Respondent No. 2, the then Indian Bank, presently Respondent No. 2(a), is concerned, entire claim amount has been paid and No Due Certificate to that effect has also been issued by the Bank. It is further submitted that so far as dues of Respondents No. 3 and 4 are concerned, major portion of the loan amount has been deposited by the Appellant.
