Perusal of the earlier order of this Tribunal dated 11.10.2022 shows that none was present on behalf of the appellants on that date. However, the learned counsel for the respondentBank had submitted that the S.A. filed by the appellants before the Tribunal below has already been disposed off, therefore, the present proceedings have become infructuous. Today also, none is present on behalf of the appellants, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
