I.A. No. 181/2021 is an application filed by the auction purchaser who had already paid the entire bid amount and seeks to intervene in this Appeal and prays that he may be made a party and be heard.
No objection has been raised by either side. Hence, the application is allowed and the Applicant is impleaded as Respondent No.2.
There is a direction by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat to dispose of this Appeal as expeditiously as possible.
The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks and the matter shall be heard on 25.07.2022 on which date it is already posted.
Interim order shall continue till the next date.
