The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe dated 27.06.2022 filed by Applicants for seeking urgent relief.
The learned counsel for Applicants submits that Appeal at Diary No. 566/2021 was declined to be registered by the Ld. Registrar vide order dated 13.06.2022 for non-removal of the defects noticed by the office and for not representing the matter.
The learned counsel for the Applicants further submits that an opportunity be given to the Applicants to contest the matter by setting aside the order dated 13.06.2022 and, if permitted, the defects pointed out by the registry can be cured.
In view of above, M.A. No. 25/2022 is allowed. The defects, if any, shall be cured within two weeks.
Post on 29.07.2022 before Registrar for compliance.
