THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

This is an application for impleadment of Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited (in liquidation) as Respondent No. 3.
It appears that there is an order of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta dated 4th November, 2019 passed in CP No. 896 of 2016 in the matter of M/s Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited -vs- Shree Panchamukhi Enterprises wherein the Company was directed to be would up. The winding up petition was disposed of.
It appears that there is a considerable delay on the part of the Appellant in moving the application for impleadment. However, since it is formal application for impleadment of a party, the application, being I.A. 150 of 2022 is allowed.
Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week and thereafter, effect service upon the added Respondent and file Affidavit-of-service to that effect.
List the matter on 13th July, 2022.
