THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that Corporation Bank has since been merged with Union Bank of India.
Appellant is directed to carry out necessary substitution/amendment before the Registry within a period of two weeks, by replacing/substituting Union Bank of India in place and stead of Corporation Bank in the Memo of Appeal and the amended copy be served upon the Respondent Bank.
List the matter on 20th June, 2022.
