Pursuant to the earlier order dated 24.02.2022, fresh steps were directed to be taken by the counsel for the appellant for service upon the respondents within a week, but the office report dated 10.05.2022 shows that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that due to some personal difficulty, he could not take steps for service, therefore, he seeks further time for the same.
Let fresh steps be taken within a week as per earlier order dated 24.02.2022. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
