Shri Anirudh Pandey, Advocate appears on behalf of the appellant and submits that the learned counsel for the appellant Shri V. D. Chauhan, as he was then, has been elevated as Judge of the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, therefore, he seeks time to file vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant, which is granted.
The record shows that the reply of the respondents no. 3 & 4 is on record. Vide order dated 03.09.2021, the appellant was directed to take steps for service of notice on the remaining respondents as per order dated 13.08.2020 within three weeks, but the same has not been done till date. Let the steps be taken within three weeks as per order dated 13.08.2020. Affidavit of service be filed by the next date.
