Advocate, Mr. Saket Chowdhury along with Ms.Jayshree Saha is present on behalf of appellant and submits that it appears, due to inadvertent mistake the IA no.has been mentioned in impungned order dated 10-03-2022 as IA no.1105 of 2021 whereas factually the true and correct IA No. shall be 1105 of 2020. Hence the appellant prays that let IA no. 1105 of 2021 be read as considard IA no.1105 of 2020 as per record by tribunal bellow.
None appears for respondents.
