It is stated in the Waiver Application that in one other Appeal Sr. No. 215 of 2019 of the Appellate in the same matter DDs of total Rs. 9 lacks have already been deposited. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this issue before Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed against final order dated 10.03.2021 of DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 269 of 2017. Urgency Application, Stay Application, Waiver Application along with Delay Condonation Application have also been filed with the appeal.
